PSA Peugeot Citroën signed a framework agreement with  ParisTech on 20th November 2012.

The objective: “to develop and implement collaborative projects (multi-school) covering research, training, recruitment and including an international dimension”, while “respecting the principle of subsidiarity, that is to say, the proper assessment of level at which cooperation must treat”, says the agreement.

ROQUETTE Biotech Nutritionals Co., Ltd.

The French ROQUETTE Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of polyols, Europe’s second and the world’s fourth largest processing enterprise of amylum, signed an agreement with Hubei Youzhiyou Bio-technology Co., Ltd. to invest RMB 1 billion to set up a joint venture--- ROQUETTE Bio-nutrient (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. on November 10th  2009.

ROQUETTE Group’s business covers more than 100 countries throughout the globe. The registered capital of the newly-established joint venture co-funded with Hubei Youzhiyou Biotechnology is RMB 300 million. Youzhiyou Biotechnology holds 20% share through contributing technologies, equipment, factory floors and land, while ROQUETTE Group holds 80% share through injecting RMB 1 billion. As the production base of bio-nutrient for the global market, the Wuhan-based joint venture will mainly be engaged in developing, producing and processing food, feed products and pharmaceutical intermediates.
 

ICARE: an opportunity for companies to recruit and train their staffs.

The ICARE institute aims at providing highly qualified engineers to European and Chinese companies in clean and renewable energies, train employees, executives, technicians and stakeholders by organizing tailor-made vocational training sessions and addressing their needs.

The ICARE institute is a bridge between Chinese and European companies in the field to create partnerships and develop collaborative projects possibly including academic and research partners of the project.
